Reporting to the Commercial Manager at our site in Perth, we are looking for someone to come and join our Commercial team to support them with administration relating to costings in the factory.

The hours of Work are Monday to Friday, , with a 1 hour lunch break.

Daily costings that highlight the business profit/loss

Filing paperwork within the Sales Department

Proof of delivery receipting and checking

Completing various sales sheets in excel

Answering incoming calls to Sales

Managing transport spread sheets on excel

Recording daily yields from the factory

Handling inter-company orders

Assistance with export paperwork

Liaising with other departments and transferring information as required

Other duties as assigned

Previous experience would be beneficial but full training will be given

Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, organised, and excellent attention to detail

Motivational and able to deliver results in a fast paced pressurised environment

A team player with the ability to be self-sufficient and using a collaborative approach to problem solving

Strong planning and organisational skills
