MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Sales Ledger Controller for a family owned, successful business on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

As a Sales Ledger Controller you will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the sales ledger and credit control function.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The role will cover the UK business and the new subsidiaries in the EU and USA.
Managing the Amazon accounts for the UK, EU and USA.
Credit Control.
Managing the team inbox and ensuring all customer communications are actioned.
Reconciling and posting cash receipts to customer accounts.
Opening new accounts.
Operating the Creditsafe credit information system and actioning annual account reviews and other risk concerns.
Managing account queries on the key customer accounts and ensuring all payments are made to terms on these customers.
Approval and processing of credit notes
Liaison with other departments and general support and cover for the team as needed.

Key Skills & Attributes:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
A flexible and adaptable approach
A strong team player
Good IT Skills
