MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Sales Ledger Controller for a family owned, successful business on the outskirts of Chelmsford.
As a Sales Ledger Controller you will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the sales ledger and credit control function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The role will cover the UK business and the new subsidiaries in the EU and USA.
- Managing the Amazon accounts for the UK, EU and USA.
- Credit Control.
- Managing the team inbox and ensuring all customer communications are actioned.
- Reconciling and posting cash receipts to customer accounts.
- Opening new accounts.
- Operating the Creditsafe credit information system and actioning annual account reviews and other risk concerns.
- Managing account queries on the key customer accounts and ensuring all payments are made to terms on these customers.
- Approval and processing of credit notes
- Liaison with other departments and general support and cover for the team as needed.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- A strong team player
- Good IT Skills
Job Types:

Salary:
£28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
