One Property Recruitment, a real estate recruitment specialist, are currently working with a residential leasehold management specialist, on a search for a Senior Block Manager to oversee 3 high-end new build schemes based in Zones 1 & 2 in Central London.

This role will require you to manage a small on-site team at each scheme, which vary from 100 to 200 units, where you will be expected to deliver a full 360 property management service.

My client specialises in prime management, gaining you exposure to the top end of the market, which is hard to achieve elsewhere, making this a truly unique opportunity.

Core duties of the role include;2 days a week spent on site, engaging with the client and residents (where needed) to build rapportOverseeing snagging issues and further major works projects which are being undertakenWorking closely with developers on the setting and ongoing management of financialsCarrying out health & safety checks with support from internal and external teamsInvolvement in the recruitment of on-site teamsMobilisation of new phases being completed on your portfolioThis role will require you to be in London for 2 days a week with the remainder spent working from home/remotely.

It's a great opportunity for an individual with new-build experience that is looking to oversee luxury schemes at the top end of the London market.
