Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful Birmingham-based Charity with the appointment of a varied and exciting Resourcing Advisor - Home Based position.
This role is home-based but you will be required to visit the Central Birmingham office once per month for team meetings.
Description
Working as part of a busy HR/Recruitment function, reporting to a HR Administration and Resourcing Manager, the role of Resourcing Advisor - Home Based is a busy role offering lots of variety dealing with a wide range of roles.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Posting adverts on job boards and social media
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Arranging interviews
- Proactively sourcing roles
