Job Title: General Practitioner at Derby Road Practice
At Derby Road Practice, we are proud of our reputation as a long-standing, welcoming, adaptable, and forward-thinking primary care team. As part of SPC, we cater to over 18,500 patients. Being a training practice, we are dedicated to supporting, training, and nurturing the right individual who can help address the needs of our patients.
This role is available for 6 sessions, but we are open to considering part-time hours. If you are the right fit for our team, we will ensure it works well for you.
Currently, our practice consists of 2 partners, 5 salaried GPs, and a full support staff of admin and receptionists. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced GP looking to embrace a fresh challenge.
We offer a competitive range of sessional pay based on experience. Additionally, we have established our unique GP-PA hub, a team of proficient care navigators and duty doctors working collaboratively to manage all incoming requests efficiently.
We utilize the askmyGP online consultation service, enabling us to organize our workload effectively with control over face-to-face appointment durations and schedules.
As a recognized training practice, we are currently mentoring 3 GP registrars. Recently, we achieved an outstanding rating in Well Led and Good in all other areas by CQC.
Our proficient care navigation and administrative team is dedicated to supporting all staff members in delivering excellent patient care. We offer competitive pay rates with regular reviews.
