Business Process Architect

Reading We're seeking a Business Process Architect with experience in service provider environments, particularly within broadband services, to drive network infrastructure enhancements aligned with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibility Identify the key business and technical (internal & external) stakeholders for information and knowledge gathering.

Develop a detail plan to communicate & collaborate with key stakeholders, identify requirements (such as approval to accessing artifacts, access to systems) for collecting information, outlining deliverables & key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.

Develop/adopt documentation standards and templates for presenting artefacts & deliverables. Identify, analyse & document the AS-IS BSS solution architecture supporting existing business order scenarios. Understand, analyse, and document all relevant business processes & subprocesses (i.e. orchestration, decomposition) including key attributes such as description, purposes, input/output/validating data flows and interfaces, roles & responsibilities, alternate flows for any disruption.

Identify and document all existing B2B interface touch points with retail (inbound), supplier & partners (outbound) involved in order capture and fulfilment (both individual and bulk) Identify, analyse and document all interface touch points to supporting enterprise processes and functions such as Product Catalog, Network Inventory management, Change & Configuration management, Logistics, Billing & Revenue management.
