Interim HRBP | 12 months | Tower Hill | £70K | Technology Sector

We are actively recruiting for an interim HR business partner to join our technology client on a full-time basis for 12-month fixed term contract to support the business over a period of change.


The role has two key areas of focuses - HR Generalist and Engagement Lead
You will lead and manage the people management related agenda and activities for your client group (c250 people). leading on people related matters including change management, people related internal and external communication and talent management.

This role takes ownership for an area of HR specialism and ensures the agenda and focus of this specialism is envisaged and enables and drives the businesses focus and aims.

Engagement (40% of the role)

  • Takes the lead on specialist area related matters and projects
  • Ensures the company's employee engagement platform is effective and participation is reflective of our workforce, reporting on weekly happiness scores and scheduling quarterly employee engagement surveys
  • Lead on the deep dive engagement focus group sessions
  • Ensure appropriate action is taken based on employee feedback and impact reports, progressing the centralised engagement action plan in a timely fashion
  • Champions recognition & celebration of achievements and success through the employee recognition scheme.
  • Lead on the effective implementation of the company's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy, ensuring targets are reached and our workforce is adding value through its variety.
  • Actively promotes the wellbeing of our people in the organisation and takes actions to support, signpost and raise awareness
  • Promote and drive a performance culture through effective implementation of and improvement of activity to support the quarterly review process and the setting of effective priorities scheduling the dates for quarterly reviews
  • Take the lead on and sets the standard on internal employee communications
