    Role Overview

    As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to our clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct business development activities to generate new clients and expand existing client relationships
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's hiring needs and culture to provide tailored recruitment solutions
    • Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent
    • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and culture fit for specific roles
    • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, coordinating interviews and providing feedback throughout the process
    • Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding for successful placements
    To be considered for this role, you must have:
    • Extensive Experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven track record of business development and building strong client relationships
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage completing priorities effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
