Position:


You will be responsible for for administrative activities including aspects of invoice data management for allocated clients, including data completeness management and invoice processing.

Requirements:


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of utilities invoices
  • Ability to process standard invoices
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written in order to articulate to both clients and suppliers
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Numerical Aptitude
  • Experience of working in an office administration role
