Optimise has partnered with the global leader in waste management to bring you an incredible opportunity. We are currently assisting them in their search for a Pre Delivery Inspector.

Hourly rate - Up to £15.74p/hr Depending on experience


Location:
Warwick


Hours of Work:
Days only - Monday to Thursday 37 hours.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct appropriate inprocess quality audits to validate torque settings, hydraulic pressures, or other parameters.
  • Systematically test every vehicle according to specified procedures and revise and improve procedures as necessary.
  • Confirm that every vehicle complies with customer specifications.
  • Ensure that any faults or discrepancies noted are corrected before the vehicle is "Passed to Sales."
  • Record all build standard criteria on the build documentation.
  • Record all faults or discrepancies in a systematic manner for analysis and subsequent elimination.
  • Promote constructive dialogue with Manufacturing to agree and implement quality standards and build criteria.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify faults or discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data collection and analysis.

Salary:
Up to £15.74 per hour
