Description

We are looking for an experienced, hard working and reliable Cleaning Operative to come and join our team in Great Baddow.

Monday to Friday

7am-10am

£11.44 per hour - 4 weekly pay

Position available from Monday 20th May however you will be asked to come in the week before for 2 trial shifts prior to your start date

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and hoovering
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
Empty bins and replace liners
Maintain cleanliness of areas such as hallways, corridors and communal areas
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping for at least 1 year is essential
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
