    My client a leading company based in Hemel Hempstead are searching for a Sales Executive to expand their digital offering into the retail and hospitality sectors.

    Looking for a commercially savvy, experienced salesperson who can develop and grow our market share by presenting our capabilities and offerings to a wide range of clients, focussing on tier 1 retail and hospitality targets as well as identifying opportunities for growth in other complimentary markets.

    This is an excellent role for a commercially astute and outgoing individual who enjoys building and maintaining relationships both face-to-face and remotely. It is ideally suited to someone who has a strong 'hunter mentality' which enjoys networking, building relationships, identifying and converting opportunities.

    Key Skills and Experience Required:

    • Previous Account Management or Sales experience
    • Proven ability to develop and win new business
    • Previous retail industry knowledge or experience
    • Experience of exceeding financial targets in a sales environment
    • Self-starter, hard worker and well organised
    • Ability to build strong working relationships whether face to face or via email/phone
    • Able to understand and demonstrate technical systems and processes
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
    • Strong negotiation & influencing skills
    • Not afraid to sell and make suggestions to increase revenue
    • Ability to spot opportunities and upsell solutions
    • Engaging personality and willingness to sell.
