Job Title:
Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities Residential Home
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the residential home.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

Your leadership will inspire our team to maintain the highest standards of care, while fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment.

Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, care provision, and regulatory compliance.
Leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver person-centered care that promotes independence and well-being.
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, with a particular focus on CQC requirements.
Providing guidance and support to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in learning disabilities care.
Previous experience in nursing home management, preferably with a focus on learning disabilities.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
