I'm pipelining for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Lead role with an exciting business, you will lead a small team to ensure best practice and aim to deliver a first-class recruitment delivery service.

The role involves:

Mentoring, nurturing a team of TA specialists, this is about daytoday management as well regular one to ones, performance reviews and help develop and coach.
You'll build strong trusted relationships across the business to help increase visibility of the TA team
Evaluating processes for their efficiency and effectiveness while striving for continuous improvement
Utilizing Market data, internal data to enhance hiring decisions
Take the lead on exciting TA projects

Your background:

You'll have existing experience of managing a small team, and have examples of developing team members, expertise in leading and taking them on a journey
Building strong relationships with stakeholders will come easily to you.
Have a background built in large businesses with layers of complexity.

£55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
