Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers.

As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Technologist to join their business.

Reporting into the Technical Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.

In this Graduate Technologist position, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Timely and accurate decision making supporting the QA and operational teams
Support the due diligence system taking responsibility for the maintenance and accuracy of supplier records
Work with the supply base, engaging in all technical requirements
Internal reporting for both customers and suppliers dealing with all stakeholders and business systems.
Support with business internal audits
Attend customer and supplier facing meeting while supporting the wider team
Management of customer specifications and communication to all relevant parties where appropriate
Develop strong product knowledge and lead as a product specialist in your area
