    Executive Assistant (Temporary)

    Location: London, UK

    Duration: 6-8 weeks

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant for an incredible company based in the heart of central London

    The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting senior-level executives and contribute to the success of a dynamic company

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
    • Assist with meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional manner.
    • Conduct research and compile information as directed to support decision-making proceses.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
    • Provide ad hoc support and assistance to executives as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience providing executive support preferred.
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

    Note: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6-8 weeks. The selected candidate must be available to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the assignment.
