    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Port Crane Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing and maintaining RTG's, STS, mobile harbour and RMG cranes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

    Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on RTG's, STS, mobile harbour and RMG cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation.


    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
    • Perform upgrades, modifications, and installations as required to enhance crane performance and functionality.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate service activities and minimize downtime.
    • Provide technical support and training to customers and onsite personnel to optimize crane operation and maintenance practices.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment records.
    Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.

    • Proven experience working with port cranes.
    • Strong knowledge of crane systems, including electrical components.
    • Fault finding on PLC's
    • Industry certifications or tickets related to crane maintenance and operation (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, IPAF).
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
