Description

Based in Bedfordshire the Quality Manager will be joining a successful organisation to become a key member of an established Quality Team to be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to improve all aspects of products using best practice Quality tools and Techniques.

The Quality Engineer will be expected to lead improvement activities and be comfortable making decisions and implementation.

Key responsibilities will include participating in xFMEA dnd DFx reviews, Leading Root Cause Analysis and creating & monitoring quality control plans.

The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree or equivalent in Manufacturing / Engineering / technology, along with a proven background in Quality Engineering, along with Management Experience and:

Experience in an Electro-Mechanical development environmentStrong Analytical Techniques (5-why, 8D, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.)Experience of Six Sigma methodologyExperience in an Agile environment.
