Destination Sport Travel we provide business travel services to a number of major sporting clubs & federations.


Our bespoke business travel service has been designed and created to meet the specific requirements of sporting organisations, from scouts & individual player movements, through to commercial departments, directors and CEOs travel, both domestically & overseas.

We are proud to be the Official Travel Partner/Supplier to several professional Sports Clubs, providing a range of services including the day-to-day travel of teams at all levels within the organisation (First Team, Youth, Women's etc), plus Club Management, Directors and Sponsors.


This is a really exciting team of growth across the business, and as a
Business Travel Administration Assistant you will work alongside & support our highly skilled team with a variety of administration tasks.


No two days are the same in our Sports team, but on a typical day you will

  • Provide administrative support to existing business travel consultants
  • Work through the uninvoiced report to ensure Clients receive their invoices in a timely manner and ensure correct fees applied for services including out of hours charges
  • Arrange payments with suppliers
  • Gratis group booking and credit card reconciliation
  • Investigate invoice queries
  • Escalate any queries or requests
  • Offer any additional assistance required to our operations team including Group Air bookings
  • Have previous working experience within an administration role
  • Have a passion for travel
  • Be an excellent team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Be organised and methodical, with the ability to manage and prioritise their time effectively
  • Have the ability to provide an effective, professional, and timely response to requests
  • Be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Have excellent administration, organisation skills and attention to detail which are key to this role
  • Have outstanding communication skills both written & verbal
