At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our prestigious client who are looking to recruit a HR/Payroll Administrator based in Edinburgh.

Excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company, who are looking to expand their existing operations team.


Duties will include:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing and administration of monthly payroll for circa 250 employees.
  • Process payroll documentation for starters and leavers including passport & Home Office checks where applicable.
  • Ensure all statutory payroll reporting and returns are provided to group within legislated deadlines.
  • Undertake monthly and year end payroll reconciliations (Payroll, Pensions, PAYE, NIC)
  • Liaise closely with the centralised HR Department to ensure accurate pay processing

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
