Transition Partners are proud to be working with a key client to recruit a Delivery Manager within a Data team.

Our client is a household brand who are constantly growing. They're at the start of a journey to migrate teams, systems and structure in an agile way

This is a pivotal role in the business where your skills will be utilised and you can make a real impact.

Roles and responsibilities:

Work in an agile fashion to support, motivate and coach teams in supporting end of life software and transition to a new platform
Identify, elaborate and track clear, achievable and measurable objective
Form strong working relationships with business stakeholders and other departmental leads
Promote a strong team culture with a focus on collaborative working, open communication and working towards best service for our customers.
Contribute to and support fellow delivery roles across all work streams.
Investigating new platforms to enhance commerce, payment and returns service.
Coordinating the integration and launch of a new platform with a thirdparty supplier.

Experience:

Strong delivery management experience in an agile environment
Must have strong stakeholder management experience
Have experience working with large bodies of data

On offer is a salary of between upto £60,000 dependant on experience. It's a Hybrid role with one or two days in an office in the North.
