- Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, setting achievable and realistic goals.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress, attendance, and behaviour.
- Communication: Collaborate with other school staff, parents, and external agencies to support students' learning and development.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and new teaching methods in SEN education.
- Behaviour Management: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support and Guidance: Provide emotional and academic support to students, helping them to build confidence and develop social skills.

Location: Hillingdon
Hours: 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week (flexible to suit your availability)
Salary: £150-£170 per day, depending on experience
Requirements: Clear enhanced DBS and QTS required
Protocol Education is working with SEN schools across Hillingdon, that often require teacher cover for planned and sudden absences. You must have experience as a SEN Teacher, working with pupils with various additional needs. There is excellent TA support in class.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team and contribute to the development and success of our students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £150.00-£170.00 per day
