Please see attached will not be accepted - Minimum of 100 characters, maximum of 10,000 including spaces) Support the development of South Yorkshire CYP End of Life and Palliative Care project plans and the delivery of agreed milestones and objectives, including monitoring the tight project timelines with multiple critical milestones. Provide project support and assistance to the individuals in the SY CYP Alliance Programme Team, ICB childrens commissioners, clinical lead and ICB Palliative end of Life leads.


Organise and co-ordinate SY(B) CYP End of Life and Palliative Care system meetings (Steering Group & Sub-Groups), ensuring that regular meetings are established, reports are produced and disseminated in a timely way and actions are followed up adjusting plans to accommodate complex and changing priorities.

Set up and maintain risk and issues logs.

Working closely with stakeholders across South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw to monitor and address risks and issue resolution to ensure SY(B) CYP End of Life and Palliative Care projects deliver to time, quality and cost.

Co-ordinate minutes, agendas and papers for distribution in preparation for system meetings, (Steering Group and Sub-Group) ensuring this is done in a timely manner.
