Part Time Accounts Assistant- Lots of flexibility with hours/days
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Manufacturing business based in Middleton. Currently seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support their busy finance team. This role offers flexible hours/days to fit around your personal life.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Payment allocations
- General accounting duties
- Bank reconciliations
- BACS Payments
- Producing and Processing Journals
- Invoice processing
- Provide support to Credit Control
- Dealing with queries from suppliers, customers and employees
- General Financial Tasks
- Receiving Invoices/ Credit notes
- Coding Invoices and passing for authorising
- Loading invoices and credit notes on to purchase ledger
- Pass invoices when they have been coded on purchase ledger
- Dealing with invoice queries
- General Financial Tasks
- Sending out copy invoices when necessary
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll administration (adventagous)
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience within a similar role
- SAGE experience (advantageous)
- Advanced IT skills, particularly EXCEL
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
