What will you be doing?

• Manage and mentor a team of machine learning engineers
• Conduct technical work in machine learning engineering and/or data science
• Deliver ML software models and components that solve business problems while working in collaboration with product teams
• Manage a cross-functional workstream
• Influence the DS/MLE roadmap
• Be a spokesperson for the DS/MLE team

• Extensive background in software development, specializing in the design of scalable systems for machine learning or broader statistical analysis, coupled with significant leadership experience in guiding teams within the realms of machine learning engineering and software engineering."
• Experience leading teams in machine learning engineering or software engineering for a duration exceeding two years.
• Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python, Scala, or C++
• Cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS or GCP
• Orchestration Platforms such as Apache Airflow or Kubeflow
• Expertise with machine learning platforms such as TensorFlow, JAX, PyTorch, Spark MLlib, Keras, or scikit-learn
• Technical degree (science, software, data, analytics, etc.) or relevant work experience
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
