Description

Maintenance Operative required for general building maintenance. You will be working within a serviced office building with adjoining apartments.

General duties would include painting of communal areas, offices and residential apartments as required, reporting lighting failures, replacing light bulbs etc...

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. This is for a permanent position and the rate is negotiable.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
