    As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial aspects of our business operations.

    Contract Management:
    Manage a portfolio of contracts for facilities management services, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standardsOversee contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals, striving to optimize terms and conditions while mitigating risks

    Financial Management:
    Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancementLead pricing strategies and variations, conducting thorough analysis to support decision-making and ensure competitiveness in the market

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with contract execution and business operations, implementing proactive measures to mitigate and manage risks effectivelyDevelop risk assessment frameworks and contingency plans to safeguard the organization's interests

    Client Relationship Management:
    Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial inquiries, escalations, and negotiationsCollaborate closely with the operational teams to understand client needs and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
