    Are you looking for a new SEN Lecturer role, where you can utilise your teaching skills in SEN for the benefit of Post 16 students with a variety of Special Needs?

    We are currently recruiting for an outstanding specialist SEN College who are dedicated to providing high-quality education for students with a variety of Special Needs including Autism, PMLD and complex needs.

    The College are seeking an experienced SEN Lecturer to who specialises in ASD or PMLD.

    You will ensure lessons are exciting and differentiated to meet the needs of individuals and groups promoting progression, continuity and quality of learning.

    You will monitor, evaluate and report on the quality of teaching and learning and classroom management standards.
    This is a long-term role with a view to going permanent. 30pm, Monday to Thursday and the pay will be equal to the main Lecturers pay scale.

    Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
    Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to support students development.
    Relevant teaching qualification (QTLS, QTS, or be working towards a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent.
    Specialisation in SEN education and experience working with students at pre-entry level.
