Location:
Stroud My client is seeking an experienced, dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join their team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities & Duties Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Update and maintain customer information in the company`s database.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business
Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance
Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment
Experience, Skills & Qualifications Have experience of closing sales over the phone
Confident and assertive communicator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resilient and able to thrive in a targeted environment
Work well under pressure
Strong customer service skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
