- Perform vehicle servicing according to company policies.
- Conduct maintenance inspections and repairs, adhering to both company and DVSA standards.
- Prepare and present vehicles for MOTs.
- Diagnose vehicle faults and recommend appropriate repair methods.
- Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork promptly.
- Order parts in alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain a tidy workshop and organise tools and equipment.
- Assist with on-road vehicle breakdowns.
- Conduct road testing to identify defects or verify successful repairs.
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and safe working practices
- NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Welding experience (Desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain focus.
- Positive "can-do" attitude.
- Hold a DVLA issued driving licence for Cat B manual vehicles.
- Full-time position hours per week, including breaks).
- Overtime available during busy periods.
- 30,000- 45,000 DOE.
