Position :
Data Coordinator Placement (16 Weeks)


Location :
Dungannon


Reporting to :
Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Hours of work: 39 3⁄4 hours per week


Reporting to the warehouse and logistics manager the stores administrator will be responsible for processing all goods received into our Global Parts Centre onto our inventory system in a timely manner, and to support the stores transactions team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working with extended team to capture parts data (weights / dimensions / material characteristics)
  • Capture and review of images for online sales platform (CXC)
  • Editing & uploading images
  • Data analysis of inventory locations based on velocity and planning for relocation.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Good standard of education
  • Excellent computer skills
  • 1 year's experience working in a data administration role
Desirable

  • Interest in photography / editing
