    Description

    Opportunity:

    We have a fantastic opportunity within our Infrastructure business for an ambitious and talented Divisional Digital Lead to work within our MSES Business Unit.

    Responsibilities:

    As the Divisional Digital Lead you will hold responsibility to:

    • Implement the Digital Strategy across the Division including the use of common data environment, 4D, Animation and Visualization, GIS, 3D model management, defining consistent formats for data capture across projects and Business Units.
    • Manage the Digital Engineering Toolkit, drive technical improvement across the Division in the use of Digital Tools, engaging with projects and Business Units' Digital Leads
    • Asses external consultants on Digital Delivery: collect, record, and maintain performance data. Set up criteria for auditing deliverables and define improvement plans when required
    • Engage with the Digital supply chain to provide support to project/bid delivery when needed
    • Collect lessons learned and share across the Division
    • Audit projects on BIM ISO 19650 compliance, measure progress on implementation, lead continuous improvement and report on KPIs
    • Manage and monitor BIM training progress, evaluate BIM training requirements across different job families, appraise external providers, monitor attendance and collect technical feedback, including specific training modules for Information Managers
    • Select digital innovation initiatives that provide value to the business and direct their development and implementation where appropriate
