Permanent Estates Surveyor role with a Local Authority in Derbyshire

£37,339 - £40,638

Hybrid

You will be working in a high profile area of the business that is front and centre in terms of the Council's strategic business plan. You will be line managed by an experienced Senior Estates Manager, for a Head of Estates who has been in post for a year and comes from a private sector background. With their commercially focused approach, you will be supported and given the opportunity to delivery services to internal and external stakeholders across the Council's portfolio of 4,500 assets with a value of £2.1 billion.

Key areas include:

• rents/leases
• Local Authority L&T experience
• Part 1 claims
• CPOS
• Wayleaves and Easements
