Description

An established and fast growing engineering business are currently looking for a progressive and forward thinking Assistant Management Accountant to join their team in Birmingham.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious individual who is keen to develop their skills and progress to the next step.

This role will be working closely with the Finance Manager in the day to day including compliance and fixed assets, whilst alsobeing able to gain exposure with the wider business.

Ideally, you will:

Have previous experience in a similar role including producing or assisting in month end accounts and producing financial reports.
Have experience in preparing variance analysis and dealing with monthly reconciliations.
Have strong Microsoft Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Be a confident and clear communicator in order to provide financial advice and support to the wider business.
