Job Description
The Academy of Community Health Experts is a private organisation providing specialist care in the community. This includes Dermatology, ENT, Hand Surgery and Minor Surgery.

Specific Skills: Hospital experience minimum 1-2 years, Medicines Information experience.

• Must have SystmOne Experience.
• To audit, monitor and develop the Medicines Information Service within our organisation in line with national and local developments and user feedback.
• Review and update our formulary in line with local and national guidance along side our Heads of Services and Medical Director.
• Audit compliance with the Formulary by our clinicians.
• To advise on and facilitate internal review of the formulary with the Clinical Specialists.
• Facilitate with Medicines optimisation, developing robust systems to ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.

Location
Leicestershire

We are looking for a pharmacist who will work with us as an independent contractor. We can discuss working times, these may alter from month to month, but will be completely flexible.

Following an initial meeting – most of the work can be done remotely (if has access to SystmOne) or at our head office in Loughborough.

All Pharmacists must have the Right to work in the UK and be registered with the GPhC.
