Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

Location:
Poole

Salary:
Up to £25,000 - DOE (Prorata)

The Company

We are working with an established insurance broker in the Poole area who is currently going through a period of growth.

Due to this, they are looking to add to their team of customer service advisors.

The Role:

You will manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure a successful renewal retention ratio. Meeting agreed pre-defined KPI's for income, renewal retention, customer satisfaction/complaints and compliance.

The Required Skills:

Insurance experience is preferable however, relevant Customer facing experience will be considered

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proactive mindset with the ability to work individually and part of a team
