As a Chef Manager you will...As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and proven track record for being able to manage a team with a positive ethos.

You will be responsible for leading and setting the example with a hands on and can do attitude, while liaising and providing a strong knowledge to our retail café, working with gross profit margins, costs, and sales analysis.
