    Clarity is recruiting for Pharmacist for a pharmacy in Y Maes

    What you need to know:

    This is a full timepermanent role. The working hours and pattern for this role are as follows:
    37.5 Hours per week
    Monday to Friday

    Our Client looking for an experienced Pharmacist with the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy.

    The ideal candidate will have a real hands-on approach to the way they do things. If you love nothing more than getting to know your customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a very busy community pharmacy, you could be the person they are looking for.

    You will be fully supported by a Pharmacy Manager, along with an ACPT and a team of qualified dispensary staff. This means you need only worry about being the best possible Pharmacist you can be, driving and delivering an ambitious service programme.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare professionals.
    • Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and to evaluate their suitability for the patient.
    • Provide advice to patients on the use of medicines, including dosage, side effects, and interactions with other medications.
    • Counsel patients on the management of chronic diseases.
    • Conduct medication reviews to ensure that patients are taking their medications as prescribed.
    • Order and stock medications and medical supplies.
    • Maintain a safe and secure pharmacy environment.
    • Stay up-to-date on new drugs and treatments.
    What we're looking for:

    What we require:
    • Registration with the GPhC
    • Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
