    £55,000


    Hours:
    Monday - Friday 37.5 hpw

    Grafton Recruitment are currently seeking a permanent MCIPD Qualified Senior People Partner to report into my client, the Chief People Officer of an independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance and advice on promoting high quality health, public health and social care.


    Your duties as the Senior People Partner:
    Operating effectively in a flexible and demanding environment
    Proactively engage with key stakeholders working on a variety of topics
    Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of business sensitive issues
    Maintaining key relationship networks internally and externally, and nationally
    Acting as a senior specialist to support the business partnership approach
    Contributing to the strategic planning of Team projects and to the development of performance and governance strategies and the development and implementation of improvement programmes
    Drafting reports summarising status on issues, appraising outcomes, and providing progress reports for the Chief People Officer and/or the SLT
    Managing and lead the People Partner, responsible for day-to-day work assigned to them
    Recruitment of team, chair of recruitment panels and acting as the recruiting officer
    The ideal HR Manager will need to: Be MCIPD qualified

    Able to demonstrate a proven track record of true partnership with the business and how they have worked to support leaders in a creative and innovative fashion, ideally with a mix of commercial and healthcare sectors.

    Detailed understanding of the principles of change management and able to demonstrate a successful track record of major organisational change.

    Strong knowledge of legislation and best practice, stakeholder management and influencing strategies with a proven ability to turn these innovative ideas into working models.
