Chase & Holland are proud to be partnering this well established and growing company who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant. You will support the team with bookkeeping and accounts administration duties including daily banking, purchase andsales ledger. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a people focused company with a modern approach.

Job Title Responsibilities:


  • Managing the purchase ledger, including processing invoices and reconciliations
  • Completing daily banking routines including bank reconciliations
  • Cash allocation
  • Actioning payment requests
  • Confirming customer payments are made as requested
  • Providing general accounts office support including responding to queries from internal and external customers

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a similar accounts admin role
