    Job responsibilities

    The Post

    We are looking at recruiting a community coordinator within our Brent Health Matters team, which works across multiple stakeholders within the community, local authority, and NHS to tackle health Inequalities in children and young people.

    The Person

    We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our BHM team, which works closely with all stakeholders and the community to tackle health inequalities. The focus of this post will be to engage with local communities, working on local priorities and working with health and local authority statutory services in ensuring these priorities are addressed.
