Our client is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to assist with the growth of a well-established company in Andover.
This is an exciting time to join the company as they are looking for someone who will own this role and help introduce new processes and drive continuous improvements, working closely with the Finance Director.
What do you need to qualify for this role?- Supplier invoices, statement reconciliations and payment runs
- Customer invoicing
- Employee expense management
- Preparation of month end accounts
- Financial and MI reporting covering monthly, quarterly, annual P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports with analysis
- Bank and budget sheet reconciliations
- Budget analysis
- Systems and process VAT Returns and R&D Rebates
- Year end preparation and reconciliations
- Qualified in either ACCA / CIMA / ACA is essential
- Must have 5+ years' experience
- Proven Financial Accounting background with experience of working within a multicompany
- Excellent relationship builder, with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders and to build lasting relationships.
- Proven communications experience (written and verbal)
- Ambitious and resultsdriven
- Management experience advantageous
- Adaptable to a changing and fast paced environment
- SAGE experience advantageous
- £45,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays
