REED are pleased to be partnering with a leading international professional services organisation, based in
Central Bristol to recruit for a
Marketing Administrator to cover
Mat Leave on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be joining an experienced Marketing team made up of Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant.
- 12 month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave in the Marketing team
- Salary is up to £22,000pa
- Administration experience is essential
- Flexible working options including working from home are available (2 days office/3 home)
Duties
Daily monitoring of the website enquiries inbox, raising and distributing any enquiries, as appropriate
Weekly testing of the website enquiry form functionality
Business Card coordination and distribution
Organising meetings and co-ordinating diaries
Working alongside marketing colleagues to co-ordinate online conferences (diary coordination for all involved, generation of company profiles for prospects we are meeting and sharing the relevant information with fee earners)
Conference support sending materials overseas - stands, materials etc
Organising internal knowledge sharing events
Overseas trip programme - processing of trip requests from start to finish including requesting and monitoring trip reports
PR coverage - recording key information including links to published PR articles in a central log
Weekly names report - updating GDPR permissions for all new additions to firms' database
Checking website for sign-ups etc behind info walls and reporting back to the team
Requirements:
Demonstrable administration experience
Strong organisational skills
Ability to recognise and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels
A strong desire to learn and a willingness to become involved
Ability to work individually and within a team
Good Microsoft package skills particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
