    About Us:

    Electus healthcare are an esteemed nursing home group that provide elderly, dementia, mental health and learning disability care within Belfast and the surrounding areas. With exciting new developments in the pipeline, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

    About the role:

    As Operations Manager at Electus, you will report directly to the Operations Director and will be responsible for overseeing the management of a group of our homes, providing operational leadership and guidance along with clinical and quality support to the home Managers.

    Using your experience and strong leadership qualities, you will provide individual focus and support to Home Managers, to ensure the highest clinical and performance standards can be achieved, both on a day-to-day basis and at RQIA inspections.

    You will identify and act on opportunities that will improve the services and enable KPI's to be delivered. As well as ensuring services are compliant with regards to all Legal, Statutory, Regulatory and organisational requirements, this role will also have a strong focus on business performance.

    Further to this, you will support with regular reporting to senior management, investigations and compliance, as well as developing strong relationships with the Regulator and external stakeholders.

    About you:

    You'll hold a valid NMC pin number.

    To be successful in this role you will need to have 2+ years experience as an Operations Manager / Regional Support Role, within the Northern Ireland care home sector and have a proven track record for the delivery of effective leadership over the homes which you managed.

    You'll be able to meet challenging deadlines, prioritise effectively and will drive the delivery of high-quality care throughout our services.

    It is important that you have excellent knowledge of the RQIA regulations and a strong understanding of commercial strategies.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.

    You'll have excellent knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.

    Successful candidates are subject to an Access NI check, must be able to drive, and be able to work in the UK.
