We're currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Department at Weston Homes.

You'd be joining a close knit team of 7, who provide support to Weston Group and our subsidiary companies Weston Homes, British Offsite, SES and Weston Logistics.

You will play a vital role in the department and responsible for processing approximately 250 invoices on a weekly basis, whilst your predominant focus will be on Purchase Ledger, successful candidates will be involved in other accounts duties.

Data entry of all purchase invoices and electronic upload to COINS, Business Central, Google.
Processing Weekly payment runs by BACS
Effective management and action of the Purchase Ledger Inbox
Provide support for sub-contractor and sales ledger with invoice entry and matching remittance advices as required
