Job Title:
Prototype NRP Analyst

Location:
Whitley, Coventry / Hybrid - Office 3 days and WFH 2 days (for the 1st few weeks will be in the office at least 4 days while learning the role)

Please note:
this could change to full 5 days in the office in the future.

Rate:
£22.15 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £17.00 ph PAYE

Description:

The main purpose of this role will be to support pre-production builds by obtaining and maintaining delivery promises from external supplier.

Ensuring delivery promises meet build requirements or escalating issues.

Parts are owned from dispatch to receipt in our client's storage locations and building supplier relationships is an integral part of the role while ensuring all NRP (Non-Released Parts) are delivered on time.

Skills Required:

Previous experience of supplier management and parts procurement.
Previous experience of arranging transport with freight carriers.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Experience Required:

Previously worked in a material planning role involving supplier communication or management preferably in the automotive industry.

Education Required:

Knowledge of new customs legislation post Brexit would be beneficial.

This role is INSIDE IR35
