Early Careers Events Co-ordinator - Key Deliverables:

  • Support the arrangement and delivery of post-offer engagement events across apprentices, undergraduates and graduates until the point of induction.
  • Working with the schools engagement consultant to deliver education provider insight events for incoming apprentices.
  • Manage logistics of invitations with the Early Careers Delivery Team, catering and site access arrangements for inperson insights.
  • Managing Early Careers Ambassadors and other stakeholders with interest in early careers, to enable the delivery of student engagement activity.
  • Responsibility for sourcing and delivering branded goods, as well as working alongside school and university leads on collateral (leaflets, banners etc.), required to support student outreach initiatives. This will involve managing "stock" of materials and collateral across each campaign.
  • Coordination of all central early careers activities when not directly aligned to the school or university pillar, including largescale recruitment events like What Career Live, and in campaign planning with website and creative agencies to support the delivery of our yearly Early Careers Campaign.
  • Working alongside the Early Careers Recruitment Consultants for university and schools engagement to plan, organise and deliver key student engagement activities and initiatives including careers fairs, schools visits, work experience and open days. This may also include working with internal or external partners for events transportation e.g. sourcing vehicles, courier services etc.
  • Manage the financial tracking and budgeting of early careers spend including raising costs for associated spend, liaising with external suppliers and internal purchasing or finance teams and coordinating across the wider Early Careers Recruitment team.
  • Management of the "Early Careers" and "Educate" inboxes to deal with incoming queries.
