Learning Support Assistant and SEND Learning Support Assistant - Wooburn Green Primary School
Location: Wooburn Green
Term time only
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Contract type: Fixed Term initially until July 2025, with the potential to extend to full time/permanent contract
Hours: Full time/ Term time – 8.30am–3.30pm (1/2 hour lunch), 32.5 hours a week, 43 weeks a year.

We are aone form entry primary school, with an attached Pre-School, where great learning happens every day. The post is for a Learning Support Assistant and SEND Learning Support Assistant, who will work in partnership with the class teacher to ensure all pupils receive excellent provision and make great progress. The SEND LSA will support pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1-2-1 basis and will support with progress towards Educational Health Care Plan targets. The successful candidates will be supported in their professional development and have the opportunity to work in a happy and thriving school community. The role will involve working in EYFS (SEND LSA) or LKS2 (Y3/Y4).
