    The Role- SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD)


    We are seeking to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD) to work with an agreed caseload of pupils, providing relevant support and assistance as set out in educational support plans or as directed by their teacher.

    You will be working under the instruction and supervision of the Head of Learning Support and within an agreed system of supervision.

    The post holder will implement work programmes and intervention strategies with pupils and groups of pupils with SEND both in and outside the classroom and assist in evaluating their impact.

    The ideal candidate will assist teachers in preparing work programmes or intervention strategies, monitor and observe pupils' work as directed and to report these observations.
