    Description

    Due to the increasing number of pupils on roll at Oak Green, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher to lead Inclusion across our three form entry primary school. This teacher will lead the SEND team, Pupil Premium, More Able and Personal Development across the whole school. As a member of our Extended Strategic Leadership Team, the successful candidate will drive forward the provision for all pupils so as to secure high expectations, effective deployment of resources and improved learning outcomes for all pupils.

    The successful candidate will be motivated, knowledgeable and keen to further develop our provision and move all areas forward with the support of an experienced and ambitious team. This is a very exciting opportunity to take on a new role at Oak Green School.

    To Leadership Pay 1- 10: dependent on experience (e.g. L1 @ £47,185)

    The successful candidate will have a class responsibility but will be given non-contact time to fulfil the role.

    We are looking to recruit a qualified teacher (QTS) with whole school teaching experience of 4+ years. No ECTs/NQTs please.
